With effect from 14 September 2026, the parking privilege will be upgraded to an exclusive benefit for S+ REWARDS members only. Upon successful registration and submission of same-day electronic spending receipts from Island Resort Mall merchants reaching the specified amount via the S+ REWARDS mobile app, members may, within the same redemption transaction, redeem up to 3 hours of parking privilege based on approved spending and use S+ REWARDS Points to redeem up to 2 additional hours of free parking.

Terms and Conditions for Free Parking Redemption with Spending Receipts
1. Mall parking privilege is exclusively available to S+ REWARDS members.
2. Free parking privilege period: 07:00 – 23:00 (according to drive-in time).
3. Offer only applicable to private car hourly parking (loading/unloading area car park not applicable).
4. Each parking privilege registration accepts a maximum of two same-day physical machine-printed receipts issued by different Island Resort Mall merchants and the corresponding electronic payment slips.
5. Only one eligible spending receipt from each merchant can be used for redemption, and the merchant must be a merchant eligible for S+ Points registration.
6. Each parking record is eligible for one-time redemption only. For the same parking record, Mall Parking Privileges and Free Parking Hours redeemed with Points must be submitted together and completed in a single redemption transaction.
7. 8. Transactions processed through third-party platforms (e.g. Shopback, Topcashback, Cashback app, etc.), intermediaries or payment services where payment is not made directly to the participating merchant, including but not limited to online platforms, marketplaces, delivery platform services or buy-now-pay-later arrangements, are not applicable to parking privilege registration.
9. Sino Club member parking privilege and EV Car parking privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other parking privileges and/or the Contactless Parking Service. Day Parking offer may be used with the Contactless Parking Service, but cannot be used in conjunction with other parking privileges.
10. S+ REWARDS members must use their own original merchant machine-printed receipt(s), original electronic payment slip(s)/transaction record in the relevant mobile app, and the corresponding credit card, EPS card, debit card or Octopus card to redeem the parking privilege. The name on all electronic payment slips must be the same as the name on the credit card, EPS card or debit card of the member redeeming the offer. Mall staff have the right to request participants to present proof of identity for verification.
11. The spending amount on the merchant machine-printed receipt(s) must be the same as that on the electronic payment slip(s). Split payment by different credit cards/electronic payment methods is not accepted. If the merchant machine-printed receipt is a deposit receipt for goods, only the total deposit paid will be calculated; any outstanding amount not paid will not be counted. Total spending refers to the net payment amount after deducting any points and discounts from credit card, EPS, Octopus card or membership card, etc.
12. All receipts used for reward redemption must be complete same-day original merchant machine-printed receipts, and each receipt must clearly show the relevant merchant name and receipt date. This offer does not accept any receipts paid in cash/handwritten/photocopied, short-term promotional events, bank, estate agent, designated value-added or bill payments (including Octopus, stored-value cards, parking, internet and telecommunications services, gold savings club payments, etc.), receipts for ticket purchases, spending paid by cash coupon(s)/gift voucher(s)/cake shop coupon(s)/shop rebate/merchant electronic prepaid card(s), and any reprinted machine-printed receipts.
13. Mall staff have the right to mark each receipt and electronic payment slip used for redemption. Such marked receipts and electronic payment slips that have been used for any redemption cannot be used for other offers or redemption purposes, except for S+ REWARDS Points registration.
14. If customers park beyond the privilege period, the mall will charge a fee for each subsequent hour according to the car park’s hourly rate. Parking for less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour. Parking privileges cannot be exchanged for cash, and any remaining parking privilege time will be forfeited.
15. No alteration to any receipt(s) is allowed once registered.
16. For all spending receipts used for redeemed offers, participants cannot request refunds from merchants.
17. Mall staff have the right to make electronic copies of each merchant machine-printed receipt and payment slip used for this promotion and retain them for audit purposes.
18. All receipts must be verified by mall staff to be valid. If there is any doubt about the authenticity of any receipt, mall staff have the right to refuse acceptance.
19. Island Resort Property Management Limited and/or Island Resort Mall reserve the right to add, delete and/or vary the details, contents and/or terms and conditions of the redemption activity, and/or change or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
20. Staff of Island Resort Mall merchants are not eligible to participate in this offer using receipts issued by their merchant.
21. Offer is subject to terms and conditions; offer is subject to change without prior notice; in case of any dispute, Island Resort Mall reserves the right of final decision.
Terms and Conditions for Free Parking Redemption with Points
1. Members may use unexpired Points to redeem the free parking offer. The offer is only applicable to private cars parked in designated Sino car parks with entry time to Island Resort Mall Car Park from Monday to Sunday, 07:00 – 23:00.
2. Once the free parking offer is redeemed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or transferred.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, Mall Parking Privileges redeemed through eligible spending and Free Parking Hours redeemed with Points are separate benefits. Where redemption of both benefits is available for the same parking record, members must complete all such redemption within a single redemption transaction. Once the redemption transaction is completed, no further Mall Parking Privileges or Free Parking Hours may be redeemed for the same parking record.
4. This free parking offer may be used in conjunction with parking offers provided under the Sino Mall privilege program, but may not be used in conjunction with specified parking offers (including but not limited to Day Parking, Night Parking, Park & Ride, Park & Board, hotel parking coupons, merchant parking offers and other hourly parking reward programs, etc.).
5. Members who enter car parks by using Octopus card or license plate recognition and wish to redeem the free parking offer:
a. Members using Octopus card or license plate recognition for car park entry may only redeem once via the app or at the Concierge or Customer Service Centre for a maximum of two (2) free hours of parking per entry, starting from the vehicle’s entry time. When this free parking offer is used in conjunction with parking offers provided under the Sino Mall privilege program, a vehicle may only enjoy a maximum of five (5) free hours of parking per entry. Parking hours exceeding the hours eligible for the free parking offer will be charged according to the stipulated hourly parking rules.
b. Members using Octopus card for car park entry must provide the vehicle entry record via the Octopus card number, while members entering using license plate recognition must provide the vehicle entry record via the license plate number. The free parking offer will not be available where there is more than one vehicle entry record on the same Octopus card or license plate number.
c. Members using Octopus card or license plate recognition for car park entry must use the same Octopus card or license plate number for car park entry, redemption of the free parking offer, and car park exit.
6. Members who enter car parks by using the Contactless Parking Service and wish to redeem the free parking offer:
a. Members using the Contactless Parking Service for car park entry, for each private vehicle with a registered licence plate number, may only redeem once via the app or at the Concierge or Customer Service Centre for a maximum of two (2) free hours of parking per entry, starting from the vehicle’s entry time. When this free parking offer is used in conjunction with parking offers provided under the Sino Mall privilege program, a vehicle may only enjoy a maximum of five (5) free hours of parking per entry. Parking hours exceeding the hours eligible for the free parking offer will be charged according to the stipulated hourly parking rules.

Terms and Conditions upon which Motor Vehicles are Accepted for Parking in this Car Park
Neither the Owner/Management Company of is Car Park nor any of its servants, agents, employees or contractors (together hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), will be liable for any loss of or damage to any motor vehicle or any of its accessories or contents (whether such loss or damage is caused by the negligence, or by the deliberate act, default or omission, of the Company or any other party or otherwise) at any time whilst such motor vehicle is parked or situated in this Car Park or otherwise in the Company’s custody or control or whilst it is being moved, driven in, or to from, this Car Park including, without limitation, whilst such motor vehicle is retained by the Company pursuant to Conditions 5 or 6 below.
The Company will not be under any liability (whether arising under statute, at common law or otherwise) for death or for any injury to the person or property of any third party or any other loss caused by the negligence or by the deliberate act, default or omission or the Company, or any other person authorized by the Company, or by any equipment used or employed by the Company in the operation of this Car Park, or by the condition of the structure, roads, fixtures, fittings, equipment or appliances of or attached to this Car Park, or by any other third party, vehicle, act or thing. The owner and/or user of any motor vehicle parked in this Car Park shall be solely liable for and shall hold the Company absolutely free and harmless from any such liability.
The servants, agents or employees of the Company do not have authority to accept any articles for safe custody and the Company will not be liable in any such case for any loss of or damage to any articles alleged to have been left with the Company for safe custody howsoever such loss or damage be caused, whether by the negligence, or by the deliberate act, default or omission, of the Company or any other party or otherwise.
Parking charges in respect of any motor vehicle parked or left in this Car Park shall accrue at such rates, be calculated on such basis and be paid in accordance with the Company’s provisions as to Parking Fees for the time being in force.
The Company may permit any person to remove any motor vehicle from this Car Park upon such person producing a valid ticket duly paid or a valid monthly pass or offering evidence authority or entitlement to remove such motor vehicle as the Company shall in its sole and absolute discretion deem satisfactory. The Company may retain any motor vehicle until such a ticket or monthly pass is produced or until so satisfied by such evidence. The Company will not be liable in negligence or in respect of any other cause of action arising out of the loss of or damage to any motor vehicle or any of its accessories or contents or any other loss caused by permitting any person not authorized or entitled to remove the same to do so.
The Company shall have a general lien upon, or the right or retention of any motor vehicle together with all of its accessories and contents until all sums due to the Company for or in relation to parking such motor vehicle in this Car Park or otherwise, or due by reason of any liability of the owner or user of such motor vehicle to the Company hereunder or otherwise or due in respect of other services by the Company, have been paid in full. For the purposes of these Conditions of Parking, parking charges and/ or other amounts payable hereunder by the owner/user of any motor vehicle shall be due on demand by the Company.
On default of payment of any sum payable hereunder by the owner/user of any motor vehicle within seven (7) days of a demand therefore, or in the event of any motor vehicle being parked in this Car Park for a continuous period of thirty-two (32) days or more and the Company having given seven (7) days notice of its intention to sell such motor vehicle should the same not be removed from this Car Park, the property in the relevant motor vehicle shall automatically (without the need for further notice or any other action on the part of the Company) pass to the Company who shall upon the expiry of the relevant seven (7) days period be entitled to sell such motor vehicle and/or its accessories or contents by whatever means it deems fit (whether by way of public or private tender, auction or treaty or otherwise) and to recover from the proceeds of sale any money due to the Company together with its costs and expenses (including legal fees) incurred in connection therewith. Parking charges for any period up to the date of sale of such motor vehicle shall continue to accrue due and to by payable as herein provided.
The balance of the proceeds of sale (if any) obtained under Condition 7 shall be held by the Company and the Company shall not be accountable to any person for such balance unless within thirty (30) days after the day on which the relevant motor vehicle is sold thereunder any person satisfies the Company that at the time such motor vehicle became the property of the Company, he was the proper legal owner of such vehicle, whereupon the Company shall pay such balance to such person without any interest.
In exercising the right of sale under Condition 7 the Company shall not be deemed to be acting as trustee, and shall not be under any duty to obtain the best or a reasonable price for the relevant motor vehicle and/or accessories or contents, as the case may be.
The users of any motor vehicle parked or intended to be parked in this Car Park shall comply with and obey all the lawful directions and regulations given by the Company whether they are given verbally or in writing. In particular such users shall obey the speed restriction, traffic flow and no smoking signs displayed in or around this Car Park. Each such user shall give his or her full name and address upon demand being made by the Company at any time whilst the relevant motor vehicle used by him or her is subject to these Conditions of Parking.
All users and drivers must follow the regulations and rules laid down in the Road Traffic Ordinance Cap. 374.
Users are not allowed to use the Car Park for any purpose other than parking of the vehicles.
The user shall only park the vehicle within one parking space at any time and shall not park in such a way as to cause obstruction or endanger to other users of the Car Park.
The users shall not park in the Car Park a vehicle which is, or is likely to be, in such condition as to be dangerous to any person or other vehicle in the Car Park, or which carries any goods or article likely to cause any such danger.
The owner and/or user of any motor vehicle parked in this Car Park shall be responsible for any damage to the structure of and/or fixtures or equipment situated in this Car Park and in the event of any such damage or destruction shall pay to the Company on demand the cost of repairing or replacing the same as certified by the Company.
Maintenance works, cleaning or washing of vehicles, loading or unloading of goods are prohibited inside the Car Park, except with the prior consent of the Company.
Loitering, gambling and littering are prohibited inside the Car Park.
The Company shall have the authority to impound or tow away vehicles that are in breach of any of the terms and conditions herein. The Company shall in no circumstances be liable to the user or any person whomsoever in respect of any damage to the car or any other loss hereby caused. Administrative charges of HK$320 for each impounded vehicle or HK$350 for each vehicle being towed away are required to be paid to the Company for release of such vehicle impounded or towed away.
The Company shall have the authority to refuse any person to become user of the Car Park without giving any reason.
No time or other indulgence granted by the Company shall in any way affect its rights under these Conditions of Parking or otherwise.
The Company may vary these Conditions of Parking by altering, adding to or deleting any or all of them or making new terms and /or conditions, the new Conditions of Parking shall be effective and binding on the owner and/or user or any motor vehicle parked or intended to be parked in this Car Park upon posting of such new Conditions of Parking in a conspicuous place near the entrance to this Car Park. Except as otherwise authorized in writing by the Company, no servant, agent or employee of the Company has the authority to vary, alter, modify, amend or add to these Conditions of Parking.
Any notice, demand or other communication to be given by the Company in respect of any motor vehicle subject to these Conditions of Parking shall be given to the registered owner of such motor vehicle at his registered address as recorded with the Transport Department for the time being.
